Litigation Experience

Mr. Sullivan has been a practicing attorney for well over twenty eight years.  He has litigated a wide range of business, contract, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance disputes, construction site accident, construction defect, real estate and landlord-tenant cases including trials, arbitrations and mediations.  His litigation experience includes sixteen years as a sole practitioner; seven years as an Associate Counsel for a Fortune 100 Company (for whom he managed an in-house litigation unit) and six years as a member of two medium size litigation firms.

Business Experience

As a corporate attorney he advised the company on a wide range of legal topics including contracts, security, credit and real estate, liability and workers' compensation.  He wrote or revised thousands of contracts of all types and sizes.  Prior to becoming an attorney he held numerous management positions in Collections, Insurance and Safety Manager, Wage and Salary and Inventory Shortage.
